How it works

From sensor to insight in four steps

Every solution follows the same path. Only the way the data is collected changes.

  1. 1Fit the sensor

    Mount a BluVib wireless sensor on the motor, pump, fan or gearbox with a magnet or a screw mount. No cabling is needed.

  2. 2Collect wirelessly

    Measurements travel over Bluetooth to a gateway for online monitoring, or to an Android phone on a walk-around route.

  3. 3Vibration and temperature

    Each measurement captures vibration and temperature, ready for trending and spectral analysis.

  4. VIBCLOUD

    4Analyse in VibCloud

    Trends, ISO severity levels and alarms in VibCloud from our partner iTnnovate, or in your own software through the ReST API.

E-Predictive by Elebro

Elebro, our partner in the Czech Republic, has built its own monitoring system around BluVib sensors. E-Predictive collects vibration data from BluVib sensors and data from PULSARLUBE BT automatic lubricators through one gateway, then brings it together in a single cloud app.
